Your role
Everyday, our search engine IGOR^AI is used to rapidly find technologies to accelerate innovation at hundreds of companies. As a full stack developer you will have the hand in bringing features to operation (in C#, .Net Core,  SQL and Elastic Search) to simplify and speed up finding, evaluating and selecting technologies in IGOR^AI. Thereby directly contributing to Findest's goal to realize 10.000 innovations in 10 years. Because we are a startup you will find your developed work to be used the same day by technology scouts and users - a truly rewarding experience! Of course, you secure that IGOR^AI remains fast and stable. 

Next to building features into IGOR^AI you will also actively assist in rapid prototyping new ideas into testable products together with the business development and growth hacking team. 

In your day-to-day work you will:

• Develop and deploy products and features for IGOR^AI using .Net Core (C#),  SQL and Elastic Search.
• Learn to implement and scale Machine Learning models.
• Be a key-part of the Dev Team and help with prioritizing and filling the backlog & development roadmap.
• Work together with an agile Dev Team in sprints alongside longer term projects.
• Review the development progress frequently and set clear goals with the whole team
• Work in close collaboration with technology scouts to co-create IGOR^AI.

Job requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related work experience.
• 2+ years of work experience in developing and deploying software.
• Back-end development experience with the .Net Core framework and C#.
• Database experience with (My)SQL, experience with ElasticSearch is a plus!
• Front-end development experience with HTML, javascript, CSS, and - ideally - frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Experience with Python and Git is a plus!
• Ability to communicate and discuss technical progress to cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English.
• A good sense of humor!
